Happy Hospital Birth Workshop - Virtual

If you're planning for a hospital birth, this workshop is for you!

We will cover topics ranging from what to expect in triage, medicated and non-medicated coping options, informed consent and hospital policies, medical interventions such as induction & c-sections, what to expect after baby is born & your postpartum hospital stay. 

This workshop will serve as a non-judgmental space, answering questions for those wanting to avoid medical intervention in a hospital setting, to those prepared for a medical supported birth. 

This class is VIRTUAL, in-person option available on Friday June 9th.
